Principal

With 17 years in public education, Mr. Workman has a diverse background. He spent the last two years as the 6th Grade Principal at Princeton Community Middle School. Before that, he dedicated 15 years to Cincinnati Public Schools, serving in various roles including paraprofessional, intervention specialist, assistant principal, special education manager, and interim principal.
It was while working as a sports director at a local YMCA that Mr. Workman realized his calling to education. Witnessing young men struggle in school, he made a pact with them: participate in the after-school program, and they could swim. This experience solidified his belief that when students are given the right tools, they can truly construct knowledge for themselves.
Mr. Workman is excited to begin this journey of leadership and learning at Roberts Academy. He is honored to join a community committed to excellence, growth, and the success of every student. As Roberts Academy continues to thrive as a Community Learning Center, he looks forward to working closely with families, community partners, and dedicated staff to strengthen connections, expand opportunities, and create a supportive, high-achieving environment where every child can grow and succeed.
